The juniors train on Friday nights throughout the season except during school holidays (weather permitting). Players must be registered with us and accepted before turning up at training. Some players may be asked to attend a session other than the session for their age. Only the coaches can make such a decision, otherwise players must attend the appropriate age group. Note that we work on school years (i.e. age at 1st September) whereas the County and the West use 1st January.

The following sessions take place at Balcarras for outfield players:

• Under 9s from 5.00pm to 6.00pm
• Under 10s from 5.30pm to 6.30pm
• Under 11s from 6.00pm to 7.00pm
• Under 12s from 6:30pm to 7:30pm
• Under 13s from 7.30pm to 8.30pm

The following sessions take place at Cheltenham Boys College for outfield players:

• Under 14s from 6.00pm to 7.00pm
• Under 15/16s from 7.00pm to 8.00pm

The following sessions take place at Balcarras for goalkeepers:

• Under 10 to Under 13 goalkeepers arrive 5.30pm kit up for 6.00pm to 7.00pm
• Under 13 to Under 15 goalkeepers arrive 6.30pm kit up for 7.00pm to 8.00pm, optional if they want to stay for the game at the end till 8.30pm
